How to Find Your NetID or Password
Step | What to Do | How It Looks |

1 | Go to login.biola.edu. | |
2 | Click on "Forgot your NetID or password?" | |
3 | Type your Biola ID number into the field, and click Go. | |
4 | Click on one of the "click here" links. Password reset link: If you choose the first option, the login system will send a password reset link to the alternate personal email address on file. This email message will include your NetID. Security questions: This option will only appear if you have previously configured your security questions. If you don't see this option, you'll have to use the password reset link option. |

Current Student | Come to the IT Helpdesk in lower Metzger. Bring your picture ID card. If you can't come to the IT Helpdesk, call the Registrar at (562) 903-4720. Tell them the following:
Once you have a personal email address in the system, start over at "How to Find Your NetID or Password" above. |
Alumnus or Alumna | Call Alumni Relations at (562) 903-4728 or send an email to alumni.biola.edu. Tell them the following:
Alumni Relations staff will work with IT to put your personal email address into the system. IT will send a password reset link to your personal email address. |
Employee | Come to the IT Helpdesk in lower Metzger. Bring your picture ID card. |
