Bon Apetit is the management company that provides Biola's food services, i.e. the Cafeteria, The Talon, Common Grounds and Eagle's Nest. Bon Apetit also caters Biola events. It employs students and non-students alike.
The company was founded in 1987 by Fedele Bauccio and Ernie Collins.<ref>http://www.bamco.com/page/9/history--awards.htm</ref>
