Cisco Jabber like any computer program may need to be reset or restarted from time to time. Please do the following procedure to reset the application if Cisco Jabber is not responding or working properly.


  1. Select "Sign Out" from the Jabber drop down menu:

  2. Click on "Reset Jabber".

  3. Re-enter your email address, NetID and NetID password to sign back on:
