Cisco Jabber like any computer program may need to be reset or restarted from time to time. Please do the following procedure to reset the application if If Cisco Jabber is not responding working properly even if you restart the computer or restart the program:after restarting the application or the computer, please follow these steps to reset the application and sign in again.


  1. Select Sign Out from the Jabber drop down menu
  2. Click on Reset Jabber
  3. Re-enter your email address, then your NetID and NetID password to sign in again
