Introduction

Column

This page describes the process of how to remotely make or receive Biola-related phone calls. Users who may need to use this page include Biola Faculty/Staff who need to work remotely and do not have direct access to their Cisco desk phone.

Note (for users unable to use Cisco Jabber):

    • Calls made to/from your personal phone (outside of Cisco Jabber) may list your phone number to the person on the other end of the call.
    • Calls made to or from a personal phone may be billed to their personal phone provider for the calls. Please talk with HR and your department supervisor to determine if reimbursement for these charges may be possible.
