Zoom meetings that are scheduled to take place in a Zoom Classroom are presently configured to be started and stopped by the Zoom Classroom automatically on your behalf.

If you are hosting the meeting remotely, the Zoom Classroom will still join the meeting at the meeting start time (giving audio/video of the physical room it was scheduled in) and you may wish to remove it

Zoom automatically records Join & Leave timestamps for every participant that joins a meeting. This information is only viewable in the Zoom account that owns the meeting.


How to Remove a Zoom Classroom from a Meeting

Go to biola.zoom.us.

Log in with your NetID & password.

Click Reports from the left-hand side navigation bar.

Click the Usage option.

5Locate the particular meeting you'd like attendance information from and click the number listed under the Participants column.
