Biola print cards have been decommissioned on June 24, 2022 with the arrival of the new Wepa print and copy system.

If you currently have a Biola print card, please follow this process to request a refund or a fund transfer. Fund transfers can be made to Wepa accounts for guests, or Biola Eagle ID accounts for Biola-affiliated users.

Please note that refunds and transfers are not immediate and will take processing time. Refunds will be issued via check.

Fund Transfer to a Wepa Account for Guests/Visitors

2Click on the LOGIN button on the top-right corner of the webpage.

Click on the Register tab.

Note: If you have already registered for a Wepa account under Biola University, please skip to step 7.

Select Biola University from the school drop-down list.

Enter your information under Create an Account.

Click Submit.

Click on the Login tab and log in.

Note: If the website jumps to a different login page, please go back to the wepanow.com, then click on the Login tab without selecting a school.

Once your account has been created and logged into, please complete the Print Card Refund/Transfer Request Form. The Biola ID card office will process your transfer request to your Wepa account.
