Azure SSO Access

You will need your NetID Biola email address and password to access your Biola timecard.

Using the browser on your smartphone or tablet, go to timecard.biola.edu.

Recording Leave

  1. Click on the "Record Leave" leave button to access the leave reporting features in Timecard.

  2. Select the appropriate leave type.
  3. Enter the number of work hours you missed.
  4. Click "Save" to record your paid leave hours.

Note: Absences are to be recorded in FULL or HALF DAYS.

Multiple on-campus jobs, one timecard

Record your leave for multiple on-campus jobs using a single timecard. Just make sure you choose the correct position before recording leave.Image Removed

Each Some subtotal type types will display in a different color.

If everything looks good, then check the box. That is your electronic signature. Then hit the final blue button to submit your timecard and you are done.

Blank Timecards

The Timecard system will automatically turn in your timecard if you leave it blank. Your supervisor will still need to approve or return the blank timecard.
