Please do the following procedure to reset the application if Cisco Jabber is not responding or working properly.properly even if you restart the program or your iPhone or iPad:
- Tap on your picture located on the top left of the screen.
- Select "Sign Out":
- Tap on "Reset Jabber":
- Re-enter your email address, NetID and NetID password to sign back on:
