Resetting Cisco Jabber on iPhone and iPad

Cisco Jabber is an application that may need to be reset from time to time just like a computer program. Please do the following procedure to reset the application if Cisco Jabber is not responding properly even if you restart the program or your iPhone or iPad:

  1. Tap on your picture located on the top left of the screen.
  2. Select "Sign Out":
  3. Tap on "Reset Jabber":
  4. Re-enter your email address, NetID and NetID password to sign back on:
