Conference Now Participants User Guide

Use the Biola University Conference Now Service to participate in a conference call with on and off-premise guests.

Call the Conference Now number

1. Dial the Biola Conference Now extension 4799 from your desk phone or Jabber, or 562-903-4799 if dialing from your cellular phone or outside Biola campus.
2. You will hear the greeting and prompt, “Welcome! To join a Conference Now, please enter a meeting number followed by pound (#).”

Enter the Meeting number

1. Enter the meeting number provided by your host, followed by a pound (#) sign.

Enter the Attendee Access Code

1. Enter the conference Attendee Access Code provided by your host, followed by a pound (#) sign.
2. You will hear hold music and will be placed outside the meeting area if you happen to join the meeting prior to the host.
3. If the host does not join within 15 minutes, the participants will be dropped.
