Voicemail - Direct calls to voicemail/Forwarding voicemails

Direct an incoming or live call to your voicemail box

1. When you receive an incoming call or are in the middle of a live call, press the Decline or Divert softkey (depending on your phone). The call will be sent directly to your voicemail box.

Transfer a live call directly to another person's voicemail box 

1. While on a call, press the Transfer button.
2. Press #.
3. Enter the destination extension.
4. Immediately press the Transfer button.
5. Hang up to complete the call. 

To forward voicemail messages to Unity voice mailboxes

This feature allows you to forward Unity voicemail messages to other Unity voice mailboxes

1. From your own phone, press the Messages button. Enter your 6-digit voicemail PIN. 
2. Listen to message or skip to the end of the message by pressing 9.  
3. Listen to system options or press 5 to forward the message. Record your additional message then press # when done. 
4. Listen to options or spell the last and first name of the recipient then press #. (Press ## to switch between spelling and number entry). 
5. Listen to options. Confirm recipient name by pressing #.

6. Listen to additional message options or press # to send message.
