In order to download software from "Off-Campus" you must be logged in to Biola's Cisco Anyconnect VPN.
Download the Jabber program from here:

Unzip and install the program.
Select Jabber from the Windows Start menu
Enter your email address (use NetID@biola.edu if off-campus & not on VPN)
Click Continue
Then enter your Net ID password in the Password field.
Click Sign In
The setup is complete!
