Voicemail - Create or Update Primary Greeting

Create or update your primary personal greeting from a Cisco Deskphone

1. Pick up your handset.
2.  Press the Messages button. 
3. Enter your 6-digit voicemail PIN if already set, or enter the default PIN of 124774.
4. Walk through the voice prompts, recording your recorded name first.
5. Next, record a personal greeting.
6. Finally, agree to be listed in directory assistance.
7. Your primary greeting is set, and you can hang up.

Create or update your primary personal greeting from Cisco Jabber

1. Click on Search or Call from Cisco Jabber
2. Enter 4700, followed by the return key.
3. Enter your 6-digit voicemail PIN if already set, or enter the default PIN of 124774.
4. Walk through the voice prompts, recording your recorded name first.
5. Next, record a personal greeting.
6. Finally, agree to be listed in directory assistance.
7. Your primary greeting is set, and you can hang up.
