Forward all calls

Use the Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal to forward all of your incoming calls to voicemail or to another number altogether.

Configure the self care portal to direct all incoming calls to your voicemail box

  1. Visit the Cisco Self Care Portal page by clicking here (https://uc-ucm-sub2.biola.edu/ucmuser/).
  2. Log in using your NetID and password.
  3. Click Phones, then Call Forwarding
  4. Check the box and choose Voicemail from the dropdown menu. Then click Save.

Configure the self care portal to direct all incoming calls to another phone number

  1. Visit the Cisco Self Care Portal page by clicking here (https://uc-ucm-sub2.biola.edu/ucmuser/).
  2. Log in using your NetID and password.
  3. Click Phones, then Call Forwarding.
  4. Check the box and choose Add a new number from the dropdown menu.
  5. Type your new number in either the 4-digit extension or 15625551212 format in the dropdown menu. Then click Save.
