Use the Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal to forward all of your incoming calls to voicemail or to another number altogether.
- Visit the Cisco Self Care Portal page by clicking here (https://uc-ucm-sub2.biola.edu/ucmuser/).
- Log in using your NetID and password.
- Click Phones, then Call Forwarding.
- Check the box and choose Voicemail from the dropdown menu. Then click Save.
- Visit the Cisco Self Care Portal page by clicking here (https://uc-ucm-sub2.biola.edu/ucmuser/).
- Log in using your NetID and password.
- Click Phones, then Call Forwarding.
- Check the box and choose Add a new number from the dropdown menu.
- Type your new number in either the 4-digit extension or 15625551212 format in the dropdown menu. Then click Save.
