Resetting Cisco Jabber on Android

If Cisco Jabber is not working properly even after restarting the application or the mobile phone, please follow these steps to reset the application and sign in again.

  1. Click your photo on top left-hand corner and click on SIGN OUT.

                                                   


  2. Click Reset Jabber on the SIGN IN page.




  3. After reset, it will take you back to the Sign In page.  Sign in with your Biola email address.  It will then pull your Biola NetID.  Enter you password and click the SIGN IN button.  (If you're not able to login with your Biola email address, try to enter your Biola NetID instead and then your password).
