This page explains the steps for finding recovering your NetID or password if you don't know them alreadyit.

Type in your

Biola ID number into the field,

personal email address (non-Biola email) and click the Go >> button.

Click on one of the "click here" links.

Password reset link: If you choose the first option, the login system will send a password reset link to the alternate personal email address on file. This email message will include your NetID.

Security questions: This option will only appear if you have previously configured your security questions. If you don't see this option, you'll have to use the password reset link option.

What to Do If It Doesn't Work

If the procedure above doesn't work, follow the instructions below.

If you're a(n)...You should...
Current Student

Come to the IT Helpdesk in lower Metzger. Bring your picture ID card.

If you can't come to the IT Helpdesk, call the Registrar at (562) 903-4720.

Tell them the following:

  1. You have already tried the instructions given by IT.
  2. You need the Registrar to add a personal email address to your account in Biola's system.

Once you have a personal email address in the system, start over at "How to Find Your NetID or Password" above.

Alumnus or Alumna

Call Alumni Relations at (562) 903-4728 or send an email to alumni.biola.edu.

Tell them the following:

  1. You have already tried the instructions given by IT.
  2. You are having trouble logging in to Biola's system to look at your account information.

Alumni Relations staff will work with IT to put your personal email address into the system. IT will send a password reset link to your personal email address.

EmployeeCome to the IT Helpdesk in lower Metzger. Bring your picture ID card.

Note: If the system doesn't recognize the email address you entered, please contact one of the following Biola departments and let them know you'd like to recover your NetID but your non-Biola email address is not recognized.

4Log in to your personal email address and open the password reset link email we sent to you labeled Reset your Biola University account password.
5Your NetID will be listed at the top of the email.
