There are two ways to get IT remote support via Google Meet & Chrome Remote Desktop:

  • Immediate Assistance: Call the IT Helpdesk at 562-587-8290 and ask Biola IT Technical Support and ask to set up a Zoom Google Meet support session. Please note that during peak support times, like the beginning of a semester, this option may be limited. Consider a remote support appointment instead.
  • Virtual Appointment (a.k.a. Remote Support Appointment): To sign up for a remote support appointment, please see our Tech Support Appointment Calendarour Information Technology Appointments page, select the Remote Technical Assistance CalendarVirtual Support appointment, and select a day/time. You will receive an a Google appointment email inviting you to the remote support session, along with a Zoom meeting link. If you're unable to open Zoom, please note it in your appointment and give us a contact phone number. We will call you at your scheduled appointment time and connect to your computer using Chrome Remote DesktopWhen it's time for the appointment, click on the meeting link in the email.
