Check for CrashPlan in Windows
Step | What to Do |

1 | Click on the arrow in the System Tray |
. By default this will be in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, near the clock. | |
2 | Click on the CrashPlan icon to show the backup status. |
Backing up:
Look at the color of the CrashPlan icon.
If the icon is black, then CrashPlan is backing up.
If the icon is gray or absent, then CrashPlan is not backing up.
3 | If your computer is not backing up, it will ask you to sign-in to CrashPlan to initiate the backup. |
