This page explains the steps for finding recovering your NetID or password if you don't know them alreadyit.

personal email address (non-Biola email) and click the Go >> button. |
Click on one of the "click here" links.
Password reset link: If you choose the first option, the login system will send a password reset link to the alternate personal email address on file. This email message will include your NetID.
Security questions: This option will only appear if you have previously configured your security questions. If you don't see this option, or if you forgot your answers, you'll have to use the password reset link option. Once you're logged in, you can choose new security questions.
What to Do If It Doesn't Work
If the procedure above doesn't work, follow the instructions below.

Current Student | Come to the IT Helpdesk in lower Metzger. Bring your picture ID card. If you can't come to the IT Helpdesk, call the Registrar at (562) 903-4720. Tell them the following:
Once you have a personal email address in the system, start over at "How to Find Your NetID or Password" above. |
Alumnus or Alumna | Call Alumni Relations at (562) 903-4728 or send an email to alumni.biola.edu. Tell them the following:
Alumni Relations staff will work with IT to put your personal email address into the system. IT will send a password reset link to your personal email address. |
Employee | Come to the IT Helpdesk in lower Metzger. Bring your picture ID card. |

Note: If the system doesn't recognize the email address you entered, please contact one of the following Biola departments and let them know you'd like to recover your NetID but your non-Biola email address is not recognized.
