Employees

Biola Employees

Staff and faculty VPN accounts are active by default. Check to see if the Cisco AnyConnect application is already installed or follow the documentation to install it. Once installed, use Biola NetID to log in.

Staff and faculty do not need to request VPN access.

Biola Non-employees

Students, Student Workers, alumni, and other non-employees individuals that have a Biola NetID but are not regularly employed by the University must have an employee or faculty member request access for them, and they must provide a business or educational reason for having access.

To request access to Biola's VPN service for a student, alumnus, or other non-employee, please fill out the VPN Access Request form. 

For ID verification, you will be required to log in before you can fill out the form.

Non-employee access requests that are not submitted by employees or faculty will not be processed.
