Biola print cards have been decommissioned on June 24, 2022 with the arrival of the new Wepa print and copy system. If you currently have a Biola print card, please follow this process to request a refund or a fund transfer. Fund transfers can be made to Wepa accounts for guests, or Biola Eagle ID accounts for Biola-affiliated users. Please note that refunds and transfers are not immediate and will take processing time. Refunds will be issued via check.
