This page explains Biola's Zoom licensing.

We have a limited number of licensed accounts available, so it's important to know whether or not you need a licensed Zoom account. A free account may be sufficient for your needs.

Anyone can create a free basic Zoom account at any time. To create a basic account within Biola’s organization, go to https://biola.zoom.us/ and sign in with your NetID.

How to Request a Licensed Account

Faculty automatically

Please fill out our Zoom license request form to receive a license

the first time they sign in to https://biola.zoom.us with their NetID and password.Staff can request a licensed Zoom account for themselves, a student worker, or a TA by submitting a licensed account request form

Removing Zoom Licenses

When a licensed Zoom user does not use their Zoom account for six months, their license will be removed.
