Type in your

Biola ID number into the field,

personal email address (non-Biola email) and click the Go >> button.

Result

Note:

The login system will send a password reset link to the alternate personal email address on file. This email message will include your NetID.

If you don't know your Biola ID number, or if you don't have a personal email address on file, you'll need to contact the IT Helpdesk using one of the contact methods in the sidebar to the left.

 If the system doesn't recognize the email address you entered, please contact one of the following Biola departments and let them know you'd like to recover your NetID but your non-Biola email address is not recognized.

4Log in to your personal email address and open the password reset link email we sent to you labeled Reset your Biola University account password.
5Your NetID will be listed at the top of the email.
6If you don't receive an email and have checked the spam folder in your email address, please call the IT Helpdesk at 562.903.4740 or email us at it.helpdesk@biola.edu.
