Introduction

Biola uses CrashPlan Cloud to back up computer data for macOS (Note: Windows computers will be transitioned to use Microsoft OneDrive starting May 15, 2023).

This page explains how to check to see if CrashPlan Cloud is backing up your data.

If you suspect that CrashPlan Cloud is not backing up, contact the IT Helpdesk using one of the methods listed in the sidebar.

If you have not signed in to CrashPlan, sign-in to CrashPlan to verify the backup.

Once you are

signed in, click on the

Code42

CrashPlan icon on your computer's

tray on the bottom right corner of the screen and click Open Code42... to show the backup status.
