How do I request access to this service?

Faculty/Staff: 

  • If you believe you should have access to Cognos or Course Pallet and don't, please contact the IT Helpdesk at it.helpdesk@biola.edu or by calling 562.903.4740. IT will need your name and Biola ID # (e.g. 12312345).

Students/Alumni:

  • Biola does not currently offer access to Cognos Analytics to Students or Alumni.
What is Course Pallet?Course Pallet is a service used by Biola Staff and Faculty to pull course information (e.g. course instructor, course location, current enrollment numbers, etc.).
How do I use this service?
Requirements for the Service
  • Access to the Biola network (either with an on-campus wired/wireless connection or through Biola's VPN, Cisco AnyConnect).
  • An active NetID and password.
  • You must be either Biola Staff or Faculty.
