Cognos Analytics and Course Pallet

Cognos Analytics is an enterprise level data analytics tool from IBM that allows users to pull and present data for reporting and analysis.

Cognos Analytics is used at Biola to host the new Course Pallet system.

How do I request access to this service?	Faculty/Staff: If you believe you should have access to Cognos or Course Pallet and don't, please contact the IT Helpdesk at it.helpdesk@biola.edu or by calling 562.903.4740. IT will need your name and Biola ID # (e.g. 12312345). Students/Alumni: Biola does not currently offer access to Cognos Analytics to Students or Alumni.
What is Course Pallet?	Course Pallet is a service used by Biola Staff and Faculty to pull course information (e.g. course instructor, course location, current enrollment numbers, etc.).

Requirements for the Service	Access to the Biola network (either with an on-campus wired/wireless connection or through Biola's VPN, Cisco AnyConnect). An active NetID and password. You must be either Biola Staff or Faculty.
