The approving department funds the cost and owns and manages the license(s)

DC* (Document Cloud)

$110 annual subscription license (Billed in June)

*Version 2020 is a one time purchase that is supported by Adobe until June 2025 and then this desktop version will no longer be supported or upgradable. DC is the future of Acrobat Pro which is a subscription cloud based model with ongoing support. Compare 2020 to DC here

How can I get it? 

Faculty & Staff

  • Fill out and submit the Standard Computer Software Request Form.
  • A purchase ticket will be created and you will be emailed via the ticketing system by IT.
  • Please note: The purchase will require written approval by someone with signing authority within the funding department.
Students

Biola Lab Computers

  • See list of 'Open computer labs' with their locations.
  • Use the program by logging into one of the open lab computers with your Biola NetID.
  • Open the program 'Adobe Acrobat'.

  • If you purchased your own personal license please follow the instructions per Adobe's website




Are there any other options?

If you just need to view PDF's and not edit them, you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader from Adobe at no cost.
