Self Service allows you to download and install Biola software on computers that are owned and managed by Biola.

  • For Mac users, Biola Self Service is a computer-based application already installed on all Biola-managed computers.
  • For PC users, Biola Self Service is a browser-based application accessible to your Biola-managed computer in a browser.

How to Get It:

All Biola-owned computers should automatically have Self Service installed on your computer. If you attempt to follow the How to Use the Self Service Application documentation, listed below, and are unable to find or use it, please contact the IT Helpdesk.
