Introduction

This page explains the steps for opening and using the Self Service application on a Mac computer.

Self Service allows you to download and install Biola licensed software.


How to Log In to Self Service

1If you are not connected to Biola's network, please connect to VPN using Cisco AnyConnect.

Open Spotlight, and search for "self service".

When the application appears, hit Return on your keyboard, or click the app icon.

Tip

You can also manually locate the Self Service app in Macintosh HD/Applications/.

3Log in with your Biola Email Address and password.



How to Install Software

Select an item from the left-hand menu to filter which installers appear.

3Click Install or Enable on the item you wish to install.
