Cisco Jabber like any computer program may need to be reset or restarted from time to time. Please do the following procedure to reset the application if Cisco Jabber is not responding properly even if you restart the computer or restart the program:


  1. Select Sign Out from the Jabber drop down menu
  2. Click on Reset Jabber
  3. Re-enter your email address, then your NetID and NetID password to sign in again
