Introduction
This page explains the steps for finding your NetID or password if you don't know them already.

How to Find Your NetID or Password
Step | What to Do |
---|---|
1 | Go to login.biola.edu. |
2 | Click on Forgot your NetID or password? |
3 | Type in your personal email address (non-Biola email) and click the Go >> button. |
4 | Log in to your personal email address and open the password reset link email we sent to you labelled Reset your Biola University account password. |
5 | Your NetID will be listed towards the top of the email. |
What to Do If It Doesn't Work
If the procedure above doesn't work, follow the instructions below.
If you're a(n)... | You should... |

Current Student | Come to the IT Helpdesk in lower Metzger. Bring your picture ID card. If you can't come to the IT Helpdesk, call the Registrar at (562) 903-4720. Tell them the following:
Once you have a personal email address in the system, start over at "How to Find Your NetID or Password" above. |
Alumnus or Alumna | Call Alumni Relations at (562) 903-4728 or send an email to alumni.biola.edu. Tell them the following:
Alumni Relations staff will work with IT to put your personal email address into the system. IT will send a password reset link to your personal email address. |
Employee | Come to the IT Helpdesk in lower Metzger. Bring your picture ID card. |
Special Case for Returning Students
In some cases, a student will leave the university before completing the minimum number of required units to achieve Alumni status.
Then, in the future, the student will return to the university. They will have a NetID, but Biola's system will not allow them to do anything with it.
If you suspect that this is your situation, you should contact your Admissions counselor so that they can make sure your account gets reactivated.
