This page describes how Biola faculty and staff can make or receive phone calls while working remotely or without access to their Cisco desk phone.
There are two options Faculty/Staff can pursue. The first is to use Biola's softphone option (Cisco Jabber) that allows users to make/receive phone calls on a Biola computer or iOS/Android device. The other option is to forward all calls made to your Biola desk phone to a personal phone number.
How to Remotely Make/Receive Phone Calls
Method 1: Enable Cisco Jabber on Biola Computer
