Introduction

The registration feature of Zoom meetings allows hosts to receive participant information and ask questions that can used to help facilitate the direction of the meeting as well as run reports to process participant data.



How to Use Zoom Registration




Zoom Registration Features

  • Integrated into Zoom (obviously)
  • Calendar integration is possible
  • Free to use (no additional licensing required)
  • Registration form is easily hyperlinked from emails or webpages.
  • Registration form is customizable and brandable. (see test: https://biola.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJEocO-hrDojGtLRGEKaPfMqhCcL0PN2ceEK)
  • Reports available for who has registered and who has attended. (IT will need to turn this feature on)

Limits:

  • No way to automatically cap registration (registration can be manually approved until numbers are met).
