Introduction

Some users have reported an inability to share content in Zoom after upgrading the macOS on their computer. This page lists the steps needed to resolve the issue.

In Zoom, double-click your desired share option.

Click Open System Preferences on the Zoom pop-up window.

In the Apple System Preferences window, click the padlock at the bottom left, type your computer password and click Unlock.

Check the box next to zoom.us.

Click Quit & Reopen.
