Introduction
Cognos 11, known as IBM Cognos Analytics, is a web-based application for generating and running reports of Biola data.
This page explains how to access reports of Cognos 11.
NOTE: Off-Campus users will need to use VPN to access the Cognos server.
If you've been using Cognos 10, you will need to clear your browser cache before trying to access Cognos 11 for the first time.
How to Log In to Cognos 11

How to Access a Report in Cognos

1 | Maximize your browser to see labels next to the icons. | |
2 | Click the link on the left called Team Content. (Team Content has replaced "Public Folders" from Cognos10). | |
3 | Scroll until you find the folder or report you are looking for. | |
4 | If you are looking for a budget manager report or academic department report, continue on to the next section. |
How to Access a Budget Manager or Academic Report

How to Access Content Previously Kept in "Tabs" in Cognos10
