Use the Biola University Phone System Self Service Portal to forward all of your incoming calls to voicemail or to another number altogether.

Enable Call Forwarding

Calls to your campus phone can be forwarded either to Voicemail or to another phone number.

  1. Login to myphone.biola.edu using your NetID and password.
  2. Click the Call Forwarding button on the Dashboard or from the left menu.
  3. Click the checkbox next to Forward all calls to:
  4. Set to forward all calls to either your Voicemail or another phone number such as a 4-digit extension number or a remote 10-digit number (e.g., your home or mobile phone)
    1. If you choose destination number type in the 4-digit extension, or 91 and the 10-digit number

Disable Call Forwarding

  1. Login to myphone.biola.edu using your NetID and password.
  2. Click the Call Forwarding button on the Dashboard or from the left menu.
  3. Uncheck Forward all calls to: and click Save.
