Cisco Jabber, like any computer programs, may need to be reset or restarted from time to time. Please do the following procedure to reset the application if Cisco Jabber is not responding properly even if you restart the computer or restart the program:

  1. Click the Menu icon on top right-hand corner and click Sign Out from the pull down menu.




  2. Click Reset Jabber on the Sign In page.




  3. After reset, it will take you back to the Sign In page.  Sign in with your Biola email address and click Continue.  It will then pull your NetID.  Enter your password and click Sign In.
