Dick Hillis (Charles Richard Hillis, February 13, 1913 - December 14, 2005) was a major missionary statesman of the twentieth century. He was a 1932 graduate of the Bible Institute of Los Angeles who served as a missionary in China, taught missions at Biola from 1942-1945, and went on to found the organization Formosa Gospel Crusades which is now named OC International.

Hillis also studied at Dallas Theological Seminary for one year, and was awarded an honorary doctorate from Biola in 1956.
