Introduction

Biola uses CrashPlan to back up computer data.

This page explains how to check to see if CrashPlan is backing up your data.

If you suspect that CrashPlan is not backing up, contact the IT Helpdesk using one of the methods listed in the sidebar.


Check for CrashPlan in Windows

Click on the arrow in the System Tray, and look for the CrashPlan icon.

Click on the icon to display the backup status.

Backing up:

If your computer is not backing up, it will ask you to sign-in to CrashPlan to initiate the backup.
