Introduction

This page explains the steps for installing Cisco AnyConnect on a Mac or Windows computer. 

Important! Before installing AnyConnect, you must have an active VPN account. For more information, please see our VPN Access Request Form page.

 How to Install and Configure Cisco AnyConnect on Mac

1Go to vpn.biola.edu on your Mac. Sign in with your NetID and password.

2Agree to the terms of service.
3Click on Download for macOS and follow the on-screen instructions to install the application.
4Open the Cisco AnyConnect app from your Applications folder.

5Type in the server address: vpn.biola.edu and click connect.

6Type in your NetID and password and click OK.

7Click Accept to agree to the terms of service.

8AnyConnect may run updates. Once the updates complete you can begin using Cisco AnyConnect.


 How to Install and Configure Cisco AnyConnect on Windows
StepWhat to DoHow It Looks
1Go to vpn.biola.edu.

2Enter your NetID and password, the click Login.
3Click Continue.

Follow the instructions on the next screen to download and run the AnyConnect installer.

The process will vary depending on which browser you're using.

If the installer doesn't run automatically, double-click the installer package that your browser downloaded.

5Click Run.

6Click Next.

7Click the first radio button to accept the terms, then click Next.

8Click Install.

9Wait for the installer to finish, then click Finish.
