Tech Support Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM to 5 PM
  • Saturday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Phone, email, and Tech Commons only)





Report Internet, Wireless, or Network Service Interruptions

Contact IT by sending an email to it.helpdesk@biola.edu or giving us a call at 562-903-4740.

Let us know: 1) Day and time of interruption, 2) Wireless or Internet, 3) Location of the interruption.
