Introduction
This page lists the steps to update your computer's Windows 10 operating system. It will take 30-45 minutes to complete, most of which you will be able to use your computer.
Note: Do not install any applications on your computer while you are upgrading your computer's OS as it may interfere with it's ability to install.

| 1 | Click the Start menu. |

| 3 | Click the Update & Security button. |
|
| 4 | Click Check for updates. Note: Click Check for updates even if Windows initially says You're up to date. |

| 5 | Follow all on-screen prompts on the Windows Update window. Note: You may be asked to click Install or Restart. | |
| 6 | After your computer's operating system has updated, repeat steps 1-5 until the Windows Update page says You're up to date even after clicking the Check for updates button. |
