Alumni:

• Alumni are not licensed by Microsoft to use Office with their Biola account. When students graduate or leave Biola, their MS Office applications will no longer be licensed. 

Note:

• If you are signing up for Microsoft Office for personal reasons, please use a non-Biola email address. Biola manages all Microsoft accounts that use an @biola.edu email address. Please click here for information on how to change the email address associated with your Microsoft account.

A 64-bit Windows computer:

• Processor: 1.6 GHz or faster, 2-core
• Memory: 4 GB; 2 GB (32-bit)
• Hard Drive: 4 GB of available disk space
• Video Card: Graphics hardware acceleration requires DirectX 9 or later, with WDDM 2.0 or higher for Windows 10 (or WDDM 1.3 or higher for Windows 10 Fall Creators Update).
• 1024×768 or higher screen resolution recommended​

A macOS computer:

• Processor: Intel processor
• Memory: 4 GB
• Hard Drive: 10 GB of available disk space; HFS+ hard disk format (also known as macOS Extended) or APFS
• Video Card: No graphics requirements.
