Introduction
This page lists instructions on how to request a wired ethernet port to be activated in a certain Biola residence halls. After the Network Port Activation Form has been submitted I.T. will activate your port within three (3) business days and notify you when it has been activated.
The following Biola residence halls must request port activation:
- Alpha
- Hart
- Hope
- Horton
- Sigma
- Stewart
- Thompson
- Welch
How to Request Ethernet Port Activation

| 1 | Locate the ethernet port in your room. |
| 1 | Peel off the sticker covering the ethernet ports. |
| 2 | Go to the Wired Internet Connection service page on a internet connected device. |
| 3 | Select 'Activate a Port' and fill out the form. |
| 4 | Submit the form. |
