NetID Access
You will need your NetID and password to access your Biola timecard.
Mobile-friendly design
The new timecard is mobile-friendly and can be used from your smartphone or tablet.
Using the browser on your smartphone or tablet, go to timecard.biola.edu.
Recording Leave
- Click on the "Record Leave" leave button to access the leave reporting features in Timecard.
- Select the appropriate leave type.
- Enter the number of work hours you missed.
- Click "Save" to record your paid leave hours.

View your daily subtotals
Each subtotal type will display in a different color.
Legend
- Blue = Vacation, sick and personal
- Gray = PFL, disability and workers comp
Communicating with your supervisor
Click the comment button to add a day comment for your supervisor.
Turning in your timecard
Click the "Submit Timecard" button to review your timecard subtotals.
Review your hours for each position you work.
If everything looks good, then check the box. That is your electronic signature. Then hit the final blue button to submit your timecard and you are done.
Blank Timecards
The Timecard system will automatically turn in your timecard if you leave it blank. Your supervisor will still need to approve or return the blank timecard.
