Introduction
This page explains the steps for importing (or "migrating") your Google contacts list into Outlook. This applies to Windows PC users.
This procedure is useful for those who use Outlook to access their Google email (Gmail).
How to Export a Contacts Group from Gmail
Step | What to Do | How It Looks |

1 | Go in to your Biola Gmail (via web browser). | |
2 | Click on the Mail menu, and select Contacts. This opens your Google Contacts. | |
3 | Click on the More button and select Export.... | |
4 | Select the radio button for The group. | |
5 | Click on the drop-down menu to select the group you want to migrate. | |
6 | Select the Outlook CSV radio button. | |
7 | Click Export. | |
8 | Select a location to save the exported .csv file (Example: Desktop). | |
9 | Name the .csv file appropriately (Example: "Starts with A.csv") | |
10 | Click Save. |
