How to Change a Computer's Audio Output Settings
On a Mac

| Confirm the correct audio settings are selected in the computer's System Preferences. | Click on the Apple icon on the top left of the computer and select System Preferences... Click on Sound. - Click the Output tab and select your desired audio output.

On a PC
| What to do | How to do it |

| Confirm the correct audio settings are selected in the computer's Sound Playback Options. | Click on the Windows icon in the bottom left-hand corner, or the Windows Key on your keyboard. Type in "Sound Playback Options" and hit enter. - Select your desired Audio Output Device from the drop down menu .
