Biola provides a Cisco desk phone to Biola staff and faculty members. This phone enables them to make on-campus calls as well as off-campus calls domestically and internationally. Biola's Phone service relies on VoIP technology to make and receive calls over a wired network connection.

Biola employees can make and receive phone calls from their computer or smart phone using Cisco Jabber
