| 1 | Go to http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gappssyncstandalone. |  |

| 3 | Run the googleappssyncsetup.exe file that you downloaded. If a Security Warning pops up asking if you want to run the file, click Run. |  |
| 4 | When the "Please sign-in to Google Apps Sync" window pops up, enter your Biola email address into the Email address field. |  |
| 5 | Confirm that the Remember me box is checked, and click Continue. | |
| 6 | A new web browser page will open requesting access to your Google Apps account. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click Accept. |  |
| 7 | In the "Set up Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook" window, click the Create Profile button. |  |
| 8 | Click Start Microsoft Outlook to open Microsoft Outlook and start the GASMO synchronization. |  |
